Houxian® 5131-Highly transparent acrylic dispersion

Product introduction:

Houxian® 5131 is a new high-permeability self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology, which is specially developed to meet the high-end market demand for paint films with high hardness and scratch resistance. The product does not contain surfactants, the particle size is small, the in-tank and dry film effects are extremely transparent, the surface of the paint film is smooth and fine, and the water resistance is good.

Product properties:

• Appearance: yellowish translucent liquid

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 50

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps): <500

• pH: 7-9

• Solvent composition: water

Application Features:

1. Higher hardness than 5127, excellent adhesion of ABS, PC and ABS+PC

2. Alcohol-resistant rubbing for more than 100 times, the aluminum powder is well oriented; the performance of adding cross-linking agent is better.

   Plastic field

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
