Houxian® UA 450 is a modified aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that can be used for solid varnishes and solid paints in home improvement, outdoor, semi-outdoor and other fields.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Semi-transparent to opalescent emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~45

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤500

Application Features:

Application range:

Clear surface, used in solid wood furniture finish, mahogany furniture, hotel office furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
