Product introduction:

Houxian® SC240 is a cost-effective acrylic emulsion with a unique and complex core-shell process. It has outstanding quick-drying and sanding properties, excellent anti-adhesion resistance, and a dry film with a plump and glossy finish. Does not contain APEO, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other harmful substances, especially suitable for the preparation of children's toy paint with high environmental protection requirements.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 40

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• pH: 7-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤1000

Application Features:

1. The early performance is established quickly, and the final hardness is high

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, used in wooden toys, pine furniture, hangers

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
