Houxian® 3015 is a low film forming temperature acrylic emulsion specially developed for low VOC waterborne wood paint applications. This product adopts a unique and complex core-shell process to ensure low-temperature film formation, while still endowed with extremely outstanding hardness, toughness, sandability and anti-stickiness, especially suitable for low VOC varnishes, white primers, sealants The deployment of edge paint, etc.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: ≤10

• Solid content/wt%: 41±1

• Viscosity (25℃,cps):＜400

• pH: 6-8

• Ionicity: Anionic

Application range:

Clear base and white base, used in solid wood anti-stretch primer, panel furniture white primer, MDF edge sealing paint, outdoor system

Precautions:

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
