Product introduction:

Houxian® 3055 is a cost-effective acrylic emulsion specially developed for waterborne wood paint applications. This product adopts a unique and complex core-shell process to ensure low-temperature film formation, while still being endowed with extremely outstanding quick-drying, sanding and anti-adhesion, the wet film is clear, and the dry film is full and high-gloss. Nitric acid inhibitor has excellent mixing stability and is especially suitable for the preparation of sealant clear primers, white primers, etc.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue emulsion

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/°C: ~30

• Solid content/wt%: 44±1

• pH: 6-8

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤200

Application Features:

1. Excellent resistance, especially water resistance

2. High fullness

3. Good construction

Application range:

Clear bottom and clear surface, white background and white surface, used in wooden doors, suite furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
